The deep blue colour of the retro tableware “Granit” from Danish Soholm is perfect for a winter table in white and blue. I´m thinking snow, a warm fur coat and blue sky. 

I love white during the winter time. It brings light to the dark season. Like the snow brightens up the landscape you can create a winter tablescape to brighten up your living room.

I´ve turned a piece of an old white fur coat into a table mat. On top is a table runner cut from a grey table cloth from the 1960´s

A part of the sleeve is now a napkin ring.

Two white retro vases completes the winter tablescape. To the left my grandmother´s little white vase from Danish Lyngby. To the right a ball vase from Danish Aage Würtz.
