White cabbage salad


A crispy salad with white cabbage, blackberries and walnuts.

Some of the best Autumn can give you.

Serves 4

  • 500-600 g. white cabbage, finely shredded
  • 2 tbs. creme fraiche or sour cream
  • 1 tbs. mayonnaise
  •  1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • ½ tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 50 g. chopped walnuts
  • 1-2 handful blackberries

Mix the creme fraiche, mayonnaise, mustard, honey and apple cider vinegar in a serving bowl.

Taste with salt and pepper.

Ad the finely shredded white cabbage and mix well.

Before serving carefully mix in the walnuts and blackberries. Leave a few out for decoration.
